Valentine's Day

Tyler came home with this cute Valentine project from school that they made in his class.  I've been impressed with the quality crafts that his homeroom teacher has done for the holidays.

That afternoon Tyler made "love potion".  He had a skinny clear plastic tube that he put his "special" ingredients in.  The end product was a pretty pink color, but we didn't try his love potion since it included bubbles and chewed up bubble gum.

For dinner I made the kids a heart shaped pizza.  We need to work on their smiles.

Jeff was working, so we went out to lunch the following week.  There were no crowds, so that was nice.
