We were lucky this year because Jeff didn't have to work Thanksgiving Day and even more lucky because all of my family (minus my brother on a mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina) were able to meet us in Colorado for Thanksgiving. (Sometimes it's nice living halfway between Oklahoma and Utah because people come to us.)
We had a house full for thanksgiving. Here are our guests who came to celebrate:

Back: Jackie and Tyler A.
Front: Tyler D. (who wanted to be in the picture too), Brandon, Jenna, Kristina, Craig, Austin, Sharon, Jessica, Mom, Mikayla, and Dad |
This was the first time Jeff, Tyler, Rachel and I met my brother's new wife, Jenna, since we did not make it to their wedding. It was nice meeting her and she seemed to fit right into our family...kind of quiet, likes to read, and likes playing games...sounds like the right mold. We were able to get a pictures of all the girls in the family:
We had a kitchen full for our thanksgiving feast.....two tables for the adults...
and luckily it was warm enough to put the kids on their own table outside on the deck.
The day of/after Thanksgiving we took turns doing some shopping. The boys got Mario sweatshirts which Tyler never wants to take off.
It was fun for the kids to be able to play with their cousins.
We had a happy thanksgiving full of family, food, and fun!
