Rachel turned 6!

Rachel turned the big 6 last week.

Rachel LOVED her gifts!  She has been asking for roller skates because she has seen Tyler going fast and having fun on his roller blades he got for his birthday.  She wishes she could go fast, but she is still learning.  She was super excited to get an ice cream maker and has been asking for that for months too. For our first batch we made vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and  M&M's. Yum!  She also loves her Elsa Barbie that sings "Let it Go".  Matthew loves Frozen too.  He loves to push the button on the Elsa doll and will ask to listen to "Frozen" CD in the car.  Tyler is tired of Frozen songs and puts his hands over his ears and runs away.  Boys.

This year we were just going to do family birthday party, but Rachel for MONTHS has been talking about and planning her birthday, which in her mind included friends.  So I let her invite a couple friends over and we had a mini birthday party with her friends too.  She loves the mummy wrap game, so we played that again, along with pin the nose on Olaf and a "snowball" scoop game.

Happy Birthday Rachel!
